Our summer yoga workshop will honour our seasonal connection to everything around us by exploring the elements of fire and water in our practice of yoga.
Using a combination of intention, pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (yoga poses) and mantras (chants) we will harmonise these two elements allowing us to move gracefully through the ups and downs of life.
Open to all levels.
